About Us
Circle B Engineered Solutions was born from a desire for Jason to spend more time with his family and share his construction experiences with a diverse group of clients. Jason has been working in design, construction, and operations of water and wastewater treatment facilities since the mid 1990's, during which he also spent eight years specializing in hazardous material emergency responses, remediation, and spill prevention projects during this time. His previous successes have primarily been in Texas, but he has experience leading major utility improvements in numerous states across the US and into Canada. Throughout this journey, Jason has had the opportunity to develop project controls which provide the structure needed for repeatable project delivery, quality control, and profitability. The most satisfying part of his career has been leading and training upcoming engineers, construction managers, project managers, and superintendents.
Cesar brings years of experience in construction and operation of water and wastewater treatment facilities. He works collaboratively with clients, analyzing and preparing designs and solutions that best fit our client's needs. A graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, Cesar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently an EIT and is working towards receiving his License of Professional Engineer in Texas.
Mayan brings experience in drafting, steel design, and fall protection, with a proven ability to apply technical knowledge to create efficient and safe design solutions. He is skilled at working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, ensuring that design not only meet, but exceed expectations. With a commitment to continuous learning, Mayan actively seeks and stays updated on industry trends and best practices. His ability to adapt and improve designs ensures the successful delivery of projects that prioritize both functionality and safety.
